Mealtime Mondays

Monday
B- Whole Wheat Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins
L- Leftover Ravioli Lasagna
D- Lemon and Garlic Tilapia with Mixed Veggies

Tuesday
B- Oatmeal

L- English Muffin Pizzas
D- Broccoli Cheese Stuffed Chicken

Wednesday
B- Eggs and Toast
L- Soup and Grilled Apple and Cheese
D- BBQ Shredded Beef with C-life

Thursday
B- Yogurt and Granola
L- Leftovers
D- Baked Potato Bar

Friday
B-Smoothies
L-Chicken and Cous Cous
D- Out!

Saturday
B- Pancake and Sausage Muffins
L- Pizza Muffins with Marinara Sauce 
D- Chicken and Noodles

Sunday
B- at church- Bless the lady who cooks eggs, bacon, sausage, and pancakes EVERY Sunday for us to come eat :)
L- Healthy Mac n Cheese
D- Roast
Recipe of the Week
Ravioli Lasagna

Ingredients:
1 jar Spaghetti Sauce
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Zucchini (shredded)
Mushrooms (chopped)
1 bag frozen ravioli of your choice

Directions:
1. Cook ravioli according to package directions (normally boil until cooked)
2. Layer in 9x13- sauce, ravioli, zucchini, mushrooms, cheese.
3. Repeat layers until you run out of ingredients. :)
*We like our lasagna really saucy, so we usually use 2 jars, but it might be excessive for some people :)*
